I am fascinated by the complex and consistently unique interplay of people within organizations. This is why at young age already, I took over responsibility in politics and learned for years the mechanisms of big corporations. Leading complex strategic large-scale projects I, myself have experienced the challenges of uniting different requirements and people within a company and as a board member I am quite familiar with the task of corporate governance. Until today my work as an executive searcher is led by the pleasurable fact that the combination of unique people shape the company and its success.
