We follow an established process, which is created individually with each and every client in order to fulfill the uniqueness of the search. It is essential to us to come to a solution gradually and tailor-made. In this process, requirements that the woman or man shall fulfill for the vacant position are as well in focus as the specific general framework as well as the challenges, which are faced within the specific company. All of that is coining the search strategy and ways to find the specific candidates. System and intuition play a big role, because it is not about who we know, but who our client is specifically looking for. Due to that we mainly use the diverse possibilities of open data and do not, as often believed, rely on personal contacts.
