Let's keep in contact
- The mandate can formally be closed as soon as the employment contract
is signed – but not mentally, as we furthermore are interested to know
how it is going. We stay in contact with the client as well as with the
placement.
Placement
- If required, we support our client and/or final candidate in the
contract negotiations.
Presentation of Candidates
- The basis on which we present the interested potential candidates is
a standardized candidate profile, which covers details about the
personality and professional career as well as our appraisal regarding
the aptitude. - We support our client in the prioritization of the different candidates.
- Finally, we verify our appraisal with 360-degrees-references, which we
obtain via structured interviews.
Pre-selection and Assessment
- If the impression of the first approach and the written documents
are positive, we invite the interested potential candidates for an
assessment. Our assessment is based on a thorough and structured
personal interview to work out the fit between the professional and
personal requirements of the position profile on the one side and
the experience and personality of the candidate on the other side.
For these purposes we have established a special method. - On demand, this assessment can be supplemented by other methods.
Market Analysis and Direct Contacte
- By knowingly abstaining from maintaining a candidate database we
ensure an up-to-date analysis of the position-specific market and
guarantee not to restrict the search activities only to our own
social network. Our procedure may thus be compared to the work of
a detective, who searches for a delinquent solely based on indications
from various information sources. - The research activities as well as all contacts in the position-specific
market are personally carried out either by Doris Aebi or René Kuehni.
Therewith, we make sure that all the cognitions of the client analysis
are consistently involved in the whole search process. If required,
especially in international assignments, we work together with locally
experienced research specialists. It goes without saying that those
partners never act to the outside.
Position Profile and Search Strategy
- The position profile, mostly on an anonymous basis, includes a short
description of the company, the duties and responsibilities of the
position, the professional and personal requirements as well as the
attraction of the position. - The search strategy is always tailor-made – each mandate is unique.
The heart of the search strategy is a clear definition of the position-
specific market, where the potential candidates are expected. Afterwards,
a systematic and focussed proceeding will bring us to the sought-after
people. We normally approach them directly, advertisements are the exception.
Analysis of client
- A mandate starts with an open and thorough discussion with our client
about the business strategy, structure and culture as well as the
characteristics of the vacancy to be filled. This dialogue is the basis
for a clear description of the position profile as well as the individually
shaped search strategy. - This analysis is always done by Doris Aebi und René Kuehni together.
Scope and content as well as the method of the analysis are defined
according to the specific needs.
